Soni Pahade, MS Gerontology, Owner and President

Soni Pahade is the Owner & CEO of Aging Advisors, guiding a team of Aging Life Care Professionals who support older adults in both home and facility settings. With more than 20 years in gerontology—including stints as a Geriatric Care Manager in New York City and leadership roles in New Jersey—Soni blends clinical expertise with deep, person-centered advocacy.

Educated at the University of Michigan (Psychology, Gerontology focus) and Hofstra University (M.S. in Gerontology, Magna Cum Laude), she is also an INELDA-trained End-of-Life Doula. Soni serves with the New Jersey Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association, reflecting her commitment to best-practice standards across the state.

Certified as a Dementia Practitioner, an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association, and a member of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers, Soni is driven by one central passion: partnering with seniors to advocate for their wishes and help them reach meaningful goals as they age—always with dignity, clarity, and compassion at the forefront.
