Mary Varney, RN

Mary Varney brings over 30 years of nursing experience to her role at Aging Advisors, where she has been a valued team member for more than five years. Her diverse background spans hospital floor nursing, home care, and insurance assessments, giving her a broad and compassionate understanding of the healthcare system.

Mary comes from a culturally rich Italian and Norwegian family and was raised in a multigenerational household alongside her Italian grandmother. This early experience nurtured her deep respect for older adults and gave her a lifelong appreciation for the wisdom they offer. It also helped her develop a natural ease in communicating with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.
