Soni Pahade, MS Gerontology, Owner and President

Soni Pahade is the Owner and CEO of Aging Advisors and leads a team of Aging Life Care Professionals who support older adults in both home and facility settings. With more than 20 years of experience in gerontology—including work as a Geriatric Care Manager in New York City and leadership roles in New Jersey—she blends clinical expertise with person-centered advocacy to help clients and families navigate aging with clarity and confidence.

Soni holds an M.S. in Gerontology from Hofstra University (magna cum laude) and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan with a focus on Psychology and Gerontology. She is an INELDA-trained End-of-Life Doula, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association, and a member of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. She also served as Board President of the New Jersey Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association (2024–2025) and the Pennington Business and Professionals Association, reflecting her commitment to best practices and high standards of care.

At the heart of Soni’s work is one central passion: partnering with older adults and their families to honor their wishes and help them reach meaningful goals—always with dignity, clarity, and compassion.
