Before founding Aging Advisors, Mary Kay worked in medical-surgical and emergency nursing for many years. More recently, she was Clinical Coordinator for Atlantic Homecare and Hospice Departments in Essex County, NJ, then Wellness Nurse and Assisted Living Manager at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living in Florham Park, NJ, where she received the J.W. Marriott Chairman’s Award.
Mary Kay is a past Executive Board member and a Certified Fellow of the Aging Life Care Association (formerly National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers). She is also a past President of the New Jersey Chapter. She was co-chair of the National Conference in 2013.
Roberta is a Guardian, has a focus on disabilities in all age clients, and uses Music Therapy to engage the most critically affected clients with neurological impairments.
Susan has also been a volunteer EMT and Officer of the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad for 7 years. These skills make her an exemplary asset to Aging Advisors, with her ability to triage medical and social issues, and extensive knowledge of resources in Mercer County and surrounding areas.
Over the past 20 years, Soni has worked in various roles: as a Geriatric Care Manager with Senior Bridge Family in New York City, as a Senior Support Specialist at Greater Trenton Behavioral Health Senior Well Being Program, as a Gerontologist at the Princeton Senior Resource Center, Program Director of the HomeFriends Program, and as an Admissions Specialist for Morris Hall and Director of Admissions for Morris Hall Meadows , the first Green House Project Skilled Nursing Community in South/Central New jersey.
Soni has developed and run education workshops, support groups and outreach to Mercer County residents. She continues her goal of assisting and advocating for older adults and their families with the Aging Advisors team.
